Paul Coughlin ee655f09ea update custom_delay function

Use micros() to delay based on "real-time" instead of approximation with
delay() or delayMicroseconds()

Changed name to _usec to correspond to MicroSeconds.
_ms is MilliSeconds.

This library enables you to send and receive using infra-red signals on an Arduino.

Version - 2.01

Installation

Navigate to the Releases page.
Download the latest release.
Extract the zip file
Move the "IRremote" folder that has been extracted to your libraries directory.
